3. Create a friendly design for your website. Your web design must allow visitors to navigate around easily. The navigation should be text-based so that search engines can navigate around to rank your site. Keep your web design simple and clean.

4. Choose a good domain name and hosting plan. Your domain name can be your company name or keywords that are related to your business. Your domain name should not contain more than 3 words. Also, a good hosting plan is very important. Get a plan that has minimum downtime and enough space to host your web files.

5. Market your website. After your website is live online, you are not going to leave it there as it is. You must market it by driving targeted traffic to it. There are many ways to market your website, and some of the ways are: SEO, pay per click advertising, promotional flyers and brochures, banner advertising, business cards, article marketing, forum marketing, etc.
